MEDIT SHOP REFUND POLICY

1. Scope and Application

This Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, and withdrawal rights for products and services purchased through Medit Shop.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Medit Shop Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference.

By purchasing from Medit Shop, you agree to this Policy.

 

2. General Terms

Refunds and withdrawal rights are subject to applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service. Requests must be submitted through our designated support channels and may require proof of purchase or other relevant information.

Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method. In some cases, partial refunds may apply.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Software (Digital Content)

You may request a refund within the legally required withdrawal period or within seven (7) days of purchase (or availability), whichever is shorter, provided that the software has not been downloaded, installed, activated, or otherwise accessed.

Refunds are not available once access has begun, including where the software has been downloaded, activated, linked to an account, or otherwise used.

 

Warranty Extensions

Extended Warranty purchases are generally non-refundable once ordered and registered, except where required by applicable law.

Once the warranty has been registered, activated, or the warranty period has commenced, refunds are no longer available.

 

Physical Goods

You may request a refund within the applicable return period (generally within seven (7) days of receipt, unless a different period is required by applicable law) if the product is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging where applicable.

Refunds are not available if the product has been used, damaged, or shows signs of use that reduce its value, if packaging is significantly damaged, or if the product is customized or made to order.

 

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards, unless required by applicable law.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, does not match its description, or an incorrect item was delivered, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Requests must be made within three (3) months of receipt or within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue, whichever is later.

 

5. Returns and Refund Process

Returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution and are generally completed within ten (10) business days.

 

6. Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

7. Other Terms

If a product is purchased through a distributor or third party, their refund policy may apply.

This Policy does not affect any rights under applicable EULAs or separate agreements.

We may update this Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and business practices.
