Order
- You can purchase an extended warranty at any time before the existing warranty ends.
- You can extend your scanner warranty in yearly increments up to a total of 4 years.
- After payment, processing of the warranty period extension may take up to 2 business days.
- Products that are not currently sold in the Medit Shop can be purchased through your local distributor.
If you have a product you'd like to purchase from the Medit Shop, please email us at shop@medit.com with your country of residence and the reason for your request.

Returns
- Extended warranty products are non-refundable after purchase. Please purchase after careful consideration.
- Yes, Medit Goods are refundable within 7 days of purchase. For detailed information, check our refund policy.
Shipping
- International shipping costs are not included in the sale price and will be determined during the checkout process.
